                           三豆飲--遠離H1N1(轉寄)

    十年前吧?因採訪而與博士結緣,現今高齡九十的博士,一路行醫走來,她的處方箋,常令我驚歎不已,以中醫來說,幾乎少有人,能以單藥單方去病,甚至捨藥,而從大自然的食材中,覓得良方!

    什麼是國寶? 博士才堪稱國寶,台灣早年醫藥不發達的年代,沒有抗生素盛行的年代,對流行病,對傳染病,怎麼去因應?我常笑稱:博士的頭腦,是台灣的最「本土醫療史」的完整檔!真不愧是台灣有史以來的第一位女中醫啊!

    關於H1N1,博士的預防箋,也許你看來手續有點麻煩,可是想想,簡簡單單的「三豆飲」,便宜方便到人人喝得起,不過是多花點時間,為什麼不煮來當茶喝呢?

    一人份的「三豆飲」: 甘草 一兩 ,紅豆、綠豆、青仁黑豆各 四兩

    煮法:

    1. 將水750cc煮沸關火,放入 一兩 甘草浸泡。

    2. 甘草水冷卻後放入洗淨綠豆浸泡6-8小時。

    3. 加入紅豆,青仁黑豆,各 四兩 9000cc的水,煮沸後以小火再煮一小時,過濾豆渣,留取湯汁,冷卻後裝瓶。

    如一人獨飲,可分裝成3天份,第二天第三天的份量可冷藏當茶喝,但要喝時,要等退冰回到室溫再喝!

    博士說:「三豆飲,是先幫忙做體內大掃除,當把肝、腎、腸道毒素清一清。中醫說,當內因顧好,外因就難入侵,所以在H1N1風聲鶴唳大家緊張兮兮的時候,喝喝三豆飲吧!

    看吧,除了煮的過程有點耗時外,是不是很平民化的預防箋?早年的台灣,老祖宗留下的疾病防禦瑰寶,對一般平民百姓的健康照護,並不是高貴藥材燉補,而是人人都能做得到,喝得起的茶飲啊!
